Buying skincare for your specific needs can be confusing. With so many products to choose from, abundance of ingredients and advertisements with the latest trends; you may find yourself 'buying and trying' with little results and an empty pocket.

Did you know that using products from different brands may change the chemical composition of the actual products? Brands usually design their products to work in sync with one another. Using multiple brands at once may potentially reduce their efficiency, which may hinder your results. Best to keep things simple and stick to one brand.

After lots of branding research I decided to recommend Medik8 and

these are the most important reasons why:

  • Their ingredients are scientifically the right dosage, chemical   composition and molecule size so that they are able to penetrate the skin barrier.
  • Their philosophy is my philosophy; The absolute ‘must have’ ingredients are: Vitamin C, SPF & Vitamin A, which they simply             call CSA. The reason for this is, these particular ingredients have the most research and data for their efficiency in renewing skin and reversing the aging process.
  • Their price range is about right for the capabilities of their products.
